change is intrinsic in a developmental process. Change does not produce peace. It produces friction. Peace is only possible in a steady state, which is undesired here. When a steady state has been established, then peace will reign. For when a steady state is reached, then there is no need to be in form. And since the idea of being formless is so unpopular here, obviously the world is in a state of development, change, growth, breakdown and rebuilding. It cannot be stopped.
