Indeed, the recognition of the Hierarchy assigns all power and authority beyond any society. In order for a society to allow this and give it license, it must have developed into a higher state. This world does not afford this luxury, and there are few that do. When this occurs, the world may actually refine its manifest expression and move into another dimension. There are worlds that have literally disappeared from the view of those who remain behind.
